Last updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vocal Master Studio.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vocal Master Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including teachers, students, and administrators.
Account Registration
Teachers must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Student accounts are created through teacher invitations and are subject to these same terms.
Subscription and Billing
Teacher subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the chosen plan. Free trials provide full access for 14 days. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of vocal education and practice management. You may not use the platform for any illegal activity, harassment, or distribution of harmful content. Audio recordings must be related to vocal practice and education.
Intellectual Property
Vocal Master Studio and its features, content, and branding are owned by us. Teachers retain ownership of their custom exercises, lesson notes, and other original content. Students retain ownership of their audio recordings. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content for service delivery.
Student Accounts and Minors
Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before inviting minor students to the platform. Parents or guardians of minor students may request access to or deletion of their child's data at any time.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
Limitation of Liability
Vocal Master Studio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
